Haverhill Home Care helped look after my father for the last 2 weeks of his life. In that time we had 8 different carers from different parts of the world with varying levels of caring experience. They were all very kind, humane, gentle and courteous. Sarah was our most regular carer. She was the most experienced and quickly bonded with my father. She became a friend to the whole family. Ali managed the team and was our main point of contact, always prompt and courteous with messaging and instructions. I think the management could do more to ensure carers have proper time-sheets and up-to-date training. I hope the employees feel well supported, they were certainly reliable and positive in their work. This is a relatively new organisation and if they continue to nurture and invest in their amazing staff they will surely flourish.
